November goals
I can not believe that it's already November, before we know it 2016 will be here (scary). I have a really exciting month ahead, so I thought I'd set myself some goals to keep me on track!
Be brave
I feel like this could be a goal of mine for every month, for the rest of my life. I'm constantly pushing myself to try new things and face my fears, it's hard but definitely worth it. Generally I want to make more plans to meet friends and family, but more specifically I want to face my fears and do more rock climbing with ropes and also be braver with my modelling and the content I'm putting out!
Fitness
I've really got back in to my fitness routine now and I'm doing some form of exercise every day and really pushing myself when I'm bouldering. I plan on improving my flexibility, stretching several times a day. I can't wait to be able to do the splits, it just might take a while to get there!
Box off Christmas
I say this every year, but I am determined to have all of my Christmas presents bought and wrapped come December 1st. I've started to take note of what everyone wants and get a plan together of how much I will spend and where!
I'm so excited to have our first Christmas in the new house, so it will be nice to have everything sorted and not have any stressful last minute trips to town like we usually do!
Always carry a sketchbook
I've been a bit lazy with my art lately and I've continuously put off making new things. I've been quite uninspired and generally lazy and so I want to go out with a sketchbook and find some inspiration. The plan is to visit galleries, museums, parks and get my groove back!
Be more conscious of time
I have been known to spend days in my pajamas (currently it's 4pm and I'm still not dressed), but now I think I need to be more organised with what I'm going to do each day and plan in advance what needs doing each day of the week in terms of blogging and errands.
My boyfriend has started a new job so once he works his notice I'm going to be able to spend a lot more time with him and have help with housework and have him as my blog photographer more often than he can be currently! I'm seriously so excited because I've hardly seen him over the past few months, I'm so proud of him!

Halloween Series #1 Glamour ghoul Makeup
October is one of my favourite months of the year and I try to make Halloween last as long as possible! I'm going to do a Halloween series for you guys, with a few makeup looks and some other spooky posts that I'm excited about!
For this first look I've kept the makeup pretty simple and used quite earthy tones, like rust red on the eyes and grey contouring on the nose and cheeks.
I wanted the imperfections of my skin to come through so I went for minimal coverage and just used concealer to cover any spots. The eyebrows are really dramatic, I used black and kept the lines strong and sharp.
The lipstick is what makes the look perfect for the Halloween season! I lined the lips with a black liner and then brought the edges out to a sharp point. I then blotted some red lipstick to the centre of the lips and then blended the two colours together.
I'm happy with how the makeup turned out and now I'm psyched to get more posts together in the Halloween theme!

Bedroom tour 2015
Since we moved in to our new house in July, I've prioritised decorating the kitchen/Living room area and I've put off finishing our bedroom. We've put a lot of work in to getting it how we wanted over the last few weeks and so I thought I would take some photograph's!
Of course Pinterest played a big part in inspiring the decor. I wanted to recreate the look of the open shelves and clothes rails instead of just buying a normal wardrobe. I bought three rails from Ikea and we fixed them to the wall with two floating shelves above.
I've displayed some of my favourite shoes on the shelves and two of my teddies (so Sabbath can't reach them!).
I'm in love with our velvet style sleigh bed. It's the perfect grey and I love how luxurious it looks! I bought the tropical bedding from Marks and Spencer and the palm tree pillowcases are from Primark.
The vintage anatomy and the bunny wrapping paper are both from Utility and I just use clips to put them on the wall like prints.
So far I'm happy with how the bedroom is coming along, next I need to buy some drawers and I would like a vanity area to do my makeup!

Home accessories haul
I am one of those people that are more likely to spend their money on redecorating a room than on a new dress.
I am obsessed with interior design and I thought I should start talking about this more on my blog!
My most recent purchase is this money box from Accessorize, he's a super cute fox and he's a really metallic copper/gold colour.
He's currently living on my kitchen window sill (please excuse the dirty window!) but I think he would work well in most rooms in my house, as I love copper details!
Another current obsession of mine are these postcard prints. They're so cheap (usually under a pound!) and I love how they can be easily put up on a wall and moved about to however you desire...
I've got them scattered all about the house and I love how they are silly and they add a lot of colour!
I bought all of the postcards pictured from Utility and Paperchase.
Our bedroom walls have been looking a bit empty so I picked out this anatomy print from Utility. I've seen a few people using clips on their walls so that they can switch out prints as they wish and I think it's an awesome idea. I chose this chunky "clothes peg" style clip from Primark and my boyfriend drilled it above our bed. I'm really happy with how this looks and so I'm going to definitely buy a few more of these large scale prints and swap them when I want a change!
This was just a quick post but I plan on doing more talking about interior design and hopefully showing you some of the before and after photo's I have taken in our new home!
