*Quietly ignores the 7 month blog hiatus*
The weather is warming up and I have finally emerged from the cocoon in which I have spent the winter hibernating.
Here are some photo's of me wishing I was Jenny from the block.
I searched all over the internet trying to find some Vegan platform trainers with no success. A few days later I found these amazing Fila's in Schuh and fell in love! I've been wearing them constantly and I haven't managed to ruin them yet...
As you can see I have long hair, thank you Peaches and Cream. I've managed to grow mine to shoulder length and I'm powering through rather than getting regular hair cuts, which probably isn't for the best but I'm too cheap and lazy to go the hairdressers.

My hair is currently going through some awkward and ugly stages as I'm growing it out and so I've been wearing wigs most days. In particular I've been living in this long, dark brown one "Forest Dweller" from Lush Wigs. The wig comes with a long fringe and I was struggling to style it and would usually just end up clipping it back. I saw a few people on Instagram had changed their's in to a short pin up fringe so I finally got around to cutting my own!
Luckily it went well and I didn't ruin it with my shaky hands.
With my hair being so short at the minute I can literally throw this wig on in five seconds and it really elevates any casual looks, but still looks natural.
When my hair is longer I'm planning on having a short fringe like this so it was fun to try it out first and see if I like it. I find that wigs are great for trying out new styles before you commit to them or just for pretending you're someone else for a day!
Sorry the accompanying outfit is so boring, it has been raining constantly, meaning I can't wear all the fun summer clothes I would like to. Hopefully the weather will brighten up and I can be a flower child.

I'm starting to get quite a collection of cropped vests, they're so comfortable and I literally want to wear them every day. Luckily the sun is finally shining and I can live in vests and even ditch the tights and show off my pale, sun deprived legs.
Apologies for yet another monochrome outfit, I really do wish I gravitated towards colour more! I'm just so predictable.
I'm so excited about these platform shoes. Every time I went in to Urban Outfitters I was picking up the Vagabond platforms and swooning over them until I looked at the label and realised they are real leather (not cool). I found these dupes for £20 and they make me feel like I'm in high school in the 90'sand who doesn't want that.
I've decided I'm going to start growing my hair out now, shaving my head has been one of the most amazing, eye opening experiences for me and I'm so glad that I trusted my instincts! My plan is to have a short blunt bob with a short fringe (like this or this) and it will be my natural hair colour! So that will be crazy since I haven't seen my natural hair in almost eight years! I honestly don't even know what the colour will be or if it will be straight or wavy, so I'm excited to find out!
Sorry for not writing a blog post in a while, I've been rather uninspired and lazy! I have a few ideas for rambly posts and they are my favourite to write so hopefully I can get my act together. As always I have some controversial topics playing on my mind and so I'm eager to sit down and aggressively type and share all of my moody opinions.

We popped in to town to check out a vintage fair today and I finally got to wear my amazing pink fluffy bag! It was rather pricey but I couldn't resist, especially since I'm trying to incorporate more colour in to my mainly black wardrobe.
The vintage fair was quite expensive so I didn't buy much, but it was still fun to have a walk around and of course to get some style inspiration from the other customers. I picked up some awesome clip on earrings from the 60's so it was definitely a worthwhile trip!

This was the first day of the year that I've managed to leave the house with bare legs and I'm so happy to see the first signs of Spring! I braved getting my legs out because I was off to get a matching tattoo with my boyfriend and tights are too awkward to be an option.
I wanted a long jumper dress to keep me warmer, but when I found this midi dress in Primark I decided it would be a better option and I could carry on wearing it through the summer.
To keep me super warm I layered up my black coat with my faux fur gilet, it's long line and really cosy. I also bought these fake converse from Primark because I'm broke at the min and the real ones didn't seem worth the extra expense! Luckily they're really comfy since I also bought them in white, but at £6 they were too much of a bargain to resist!
Also I'm really happy with how my hair is growing in to a pixie crop, I feel super cute. I'm growing to grow it a little bit more and then make maybe shave the sides and have it longer on top, decisions, decisions.
